Horrible location. Staff is unprofessional, takes forever, had 2 people in front of me checked in online, they let them sit "on deck" for 15 minutes until they eventually showed up. All while I sat there as the only other customer waiting. They could have cut my hair by the the time they showed up. This location consistantly has the longest wait time. It's no wonder why once you stop in to waste half an hour of your life.

Was extremely upset and disappointed to learn that my dad, when receiving a haircut here this past weekend, was charged an additional $7 for, what the stylist Tasha punched in as a "beard and moustache trim." (He does not have facial hair.) The reason he was given as to why he was charged the additional amount was that the haircut "took longer to do". He simply just asked for a flattop style haircut, in which he was never told would cost him $7 more before being done? I am a frequent customer of this location and have only gone to Sports Clips for the last 6-8 years. So this experience that my dad had at this location made me rethink visiting here again. I have never had a bad experience at this location at this location so this poor experience was very upsetting to hear...

Horrible experience. First of all I checked in online with the stylist that previously cut my hair and showed up at the required time. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be 50-60 minutes. Why did I check in online? 60 minutes??? I honestly think this business does this completely on purpose, as there were a couple stylist that were not cutting hair. They really tried to push me to go with the first available stylist and when I responded that I had checking in online with my specific stylist they were very, very rude and suggested I go with another stylist or tough! I will never visit another Sports Clips again. Too many other choices to be treated like crap!
