Horrible experience. First of all I checked in online with the stylist that previously cut my hair and showed up at the required time. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be 50-60 minutes. Why did I check in online? 60 minutes??? I honestly think this business does this completely on purpose, as there were a couple stylist that were not cutting hair. They really tried to push me to go with the first available stylist and when I responded that I had checking in online with my specific stylist they were very, very rude and suggested I go with another stylist or tough! I will never visit another Sports Clips again. Too many other choices to be treated like crap!

I have been going to the store on Polaris in Columbus for almost 10 years. When I went this week, there was a very confusing kiosk screen at the check-in desk. I was having difficulty figuring it out and told the staff I did not want to supply my personal information and wanted to bypass the process and simply have a haircut. I was rudely told that was not an option."It is company policy now". I left and I will never be using any Sports Clip facility again. Extremely disappointing.
