"Stylist cut my sons hair uneven in the back. I noticed after we paid and asked her if she could even it up. She said after she ate a sandwich she would. Pam, another stylist started making rude comments about us ruining their break schedule. Jessica the manager came out and said, obviously we don't have anything better to do , in a horribly condescending manner. Last time was a cut we had to get fixed with another stylist at another store. This time they decided eating was more important and for sure they aren't missing many meals at this store. No wonder people laugh at me when I say we have gone here. I'm a slow learner apparently."

"If I could give it no stars I would— I took my son here because my sister got his hair cut really well at the sport clips in Dayton. Showed the stylist the picture, I believe her name is Tasha, she asks “ so what do you want me to do?” I am not a hair stylist hence why I pay for someone who is the “professional” to have some idea of how to cut it? Maybe I’m wrong. Then she educated me on how they educate people with “ethnic hair” to comb their hair at home first, as if his hair wasn’t combed. And I explained to her that I think people assume because how I look that my sons hair is the same and if they attempted to comb it instead of tell me it’s “ethnic” they’ll realize he has normal bi racial hair. So I told her as much. She insists she can’t comb it so he ends up with a very uneven very half done hair cut. Not only am I frustrated because of her ignorance but also because he left feeling like his hair is difficult when it is not and left feeling embarrassed about how it looks. I work as a nurse and I’m certainly not allowed to turn away patients to care for because “I’m not accustomed to ethnic patients.” Terrible and ignorant."

"just wasted an hour of my time sitting in waiting so that the stylist could say well I don't do that type of cut and I don't want to give you a scissor cut I want to use Clippers even though I told her that I didn't like Clippers so now I've wasted an hour of my day at the salon and I will never be back."

"A barber who seemed to have little experience cutting curly hair found it alright to constantly blame me when her clippers wouldn’t seem to cut my hair. Her exact words were “do you not pick or comb your hair? I can’t cut this”. Eventually ended up getting an OK haircut, but I’m never going back. Not remotely worth it after that experience. Tip: when working in the service industry, make sure your service is phenomenal. Or else, you’re in the wrong industry. Try smiling, and being polite. Really helps."

"Stephanie is awesome and so is her staff. Friendly environment to go relax, laugh, and get a haircut. Recommend getting the MVP, the massages are nice and relaxing"
